Rongde Piping has 8 most advanced two-toggle rod squeeze plastic piping lines, 85 sets of computer-controlled injection machines, complete set of precise testing equipment, and also the production lines for big Diameter PE fittings up to 800mm. Each year parts of the funds is invested to update existing equipment.

All the material Rongde use are high quality material which is environment friendly and good for health. All pipes Rongde make are exactly according to the standard DIN, GB, ISO. There is a professional QC team to do the testing during production and before shipment. The products has passed the testing of the National Chemical Building Materials Testing Center, such as 8760 hours thermal stability and 5000 times of psychro-thermal cycles detection to ensure the product seamless, perfect spot. At the same time, Rongde also passed the testing of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and has a Health Permit of Health Department of Zhejiang Province, ensure the tube medium safe and clean.
