When the FRPP threaded pipe with the nominal outer diameter D17-D70 is used, the pipe end of the pipe shall be machined into a thread and wrapped around a poly-fu xi Belt, then screwed on to ensure the seal, and can be sealed according to specific requirements. 5. When the FRPP pipe and fittings with the nominal outer diameter D75 and above D75 are hot-melt extrusion welded, the PERT pipe requires that the welding surfaces of the two pipe ends are flat, the center is aligned, and the axis is uniform to ensure that the two weld faces are in close contact during welding. . The surface temperature of the heating should be 230~240 °C, the heating time is 40-50s, the cooling time after welding is more than 3min, and then the fixture is unloaded. Welders must pass the exam before they can be employed. 6. When the PERT pipe is welded with the pipe fittings, flanges and pipe end flanges, the pipe wall thickness of the pipe fittings, the flange and the pipe end flange portion should be the same as the pipe wall thickness series. 7.
